Insanity

Insanity is my current sanity. Going insane is keeping me sane. When will the insanity finally become sane again? 

Friends

How do you define a friend? How do you decide when someone is just a friend or a best friend? When someone becomes your best friend, how do you knowingly decide to work backwards to becoming just friends? Sure, overtime, some friendships strengthen while others weaken but that happens gradually due to reasons like time, space, distance. Friends come and go throughout our lives but the ones that matter will find a way to stay in your life or are willing to fight for a way to make it work. But what happens when they are forced out of our lives? I can’t help but feel anger, hate, and resentment towards you. Who are you to take someone that means so much to me away just like that? Who are you to decide someone’s life, someone’s path, someone’s friends? Who are you to decide I can’t have MY best friend for your own selfishness? Who are you to change a wonderful person? Who are you to have life handed to you on a silver platter and still not be satisfied? Who are you to doubt me…of ALL people? And lastly, who the FUCK made you better than me and everyone else? One day, I hope you realize that I tried to be there for you. I hope you know that my heart was always in the right place. I hope you know that I tried so  hard to give you the benefit of the doubt. How dare you take my sincerity and throw it back into my face. I truly, from the bottom of my heart, hope you have a wonderful rest of your life but when you finally get a wake up call, I won’t feel sorry for you. You’re naivety disgusts me. You’re selfishness is appalling. Yet, I will continue to try to find the good in you so that maybe my anger can be lessen. Things happen for a reason and maybe I’ll understand someday why this had to happen. Until then, you had no right to hurt me the way you did.
